You work hard—your apparel should too. If there's an issue with your order, we're here to help.

We offer refunds for:

  • Items sent incorrectly (wrong design, size, or color)
  • Damaged products (received in poor condition)
  • Defective items (printing errors, manufacturing defects)

How to request a refund: Contact us at support@laknappe.shop within 30 days of purchase with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable—helps us resolve issues faster)

We'll respond quickly and make it right.

Important notes:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed for refund eligibility (unless defective)
  • We offer FREE size exchanges—no need to process a refund if sizing is the issue
